Asian Tour…

It’s been a while again since I’ve been posting on the site. Sorry about that. With school finishing up this semester and my recent travels, it’s been hard to find time to write.

Speaking of my recent travels, Colleen and I just got back from a 3 week cultural exchange in China. It’s the second time I’ve done it, and it rocks! If you ever have a chance to get outside of your normal culture, I’d highly recommend it. The world is fast becoming smaller and smaller through our global connectivity and it is so beneficial to be stretched outside of what is “normal” for us.

But, the cool part that relates to my music is when Andy and I (yes, I never can seem to get away from this guy) found a couple of local pubs that wanted us to play our music. So we had ourselves an asian tour, complete with a complementary backup percussionist every once in a while. It was a fun experience that you can check out on the photos page.
